Are you interested in an apprenticeship? Then you can quickly find what you are looking for at Trützschler. We are a sought-after training company and offer apprenticeships in the major classical areas: industrial, technical, commercial and information technology. 

If you are interested in a dual study program – Trützschler is also the right place for you. We offer the right training to complement your studies. 

Whether "pure" or dual training: In-house factory instructions, English lessons and targeted preparation for upcoming exams will help you to make good progress with us.

It is also very important for us to promote and get to know young talents as early as possible: 

For example, we regularly support the "Chancen-Euro" initiative of the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (Foundation of German Industry), thus advocating better educational opportunities for talented young people attending school, vocational training and university.   

In cooperation with the Middle Lower Rhine Chamber of Commerce (Industrie- und Handelskammer, IHK), we also send so-called training ambassadors, who give students valuable insights into their everyday training and career opportunities through direct dialog, to local schools.

Our current ambassador, Ms. Caroline Nilgen, an industrial clerk apprentice, will be happy to answer any questions you may have in person.
